UI and Custom Inputs

The game now has buttons and allows you to choose between Keyboard, Controller, Mouse and Touchscreen. Every player can choose their device independently.

Mouse and Touchscreen function but will likely be updated to play better in the future.

Analog inputs (All devices but keyboards) will require the input to be at least 80% of the way to the edge to activate sprinting.

Removing HTML5 support

It's sad but the game was way less smooth in the browser and no optimization felt like it helped at all. If the first version the players see is a bad first impression, I'd rather not have this version at all.

Sheller

  • Fixed an issue that made the Sheller rotate too fast on some occasions.
  • Fixed an issue where the Sheller and it's Shell would weirdly yank at each other when separated.
  • Increased wandering speed 0.75 -> 1.25; With these bugs fixed, the Sheller's behavior is way more manageable. Increasing it's speed will compensate and justify the amount of Hoppers it replaces.

Other fixes

  • Fixed ground elements disappearing when re-sizing the window.
  • Fixed UI scaling when re-sizing the window.
  • Fixed the Spike Balls sometimes appearing above trees.
