Prototype 4.1 - Improvements and fixes to custom inputs

Inputs
- The game will not reset players and inputs when trying again.
- The game will save your custom input and load them back up when launching the game.
- You can Try Again by pressing Start on a controller.
Other
- Reduced the camera's border so there is less wasted space when zoomed far out.
- Added a minimum camera size so it doesn't zoom as far in on few objects.
- Added popups for healing between waves so it's easier to gage how useful (or not) Regeneration is. For now it looks like the other popups but with a + sign.
