Prototype 1.3 - Input tweaks

Added a small sprinting mechanic. If you don't input any movement for a short while, your next input will benefit from a short boost. This will help to make the character feel less sticky and make it easier to dodge monsters. Hopefully, it will also teach new players to make more deliberate movements instead of flailing around the map.
- Visual indicator: A yellow triangle will show up on the character when the sprint is available (or in use).
- Sprint multiplier: 1.6x (This will scale on the Strength perk. This will not scale on the braking bonus force.)
- Sprint duration: 0.25 seconds
- Time without input to fully recharge the sprint: 1 second
- Minimum charge required to use the sprint: 75%
Added a small input delay to test some things. It small enough to not be noticeable, especially with the new sprint.
- Input delay: 100 ms (Only applied to movement input)
